Donation & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

   • All donations made to our NGO are considered voluntary contributions toward our social causes and projects.

   • Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded.

2. Recurring Donations (if applicable)

   • In case the NGO offers a monthly/recurring donation program, donors may request to cancel or pause future donations at any time.

   • To cancel, please contact us at afjs.charitable@gmail.com or call +91 6357 369 174. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Event Registration Policy (if applicable)

• If the NGO organizes workshops, awareness programs, or fundraising events, registrations for such events will be non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

Shipping & Returns Policy

As a non-profit organization, we do not sell physical products; therefore, we do not have shipping or product return policies.

Transparency & Accountability

• All donations are utilized strictly for the projects and programs of the NGO.

• Annual financial reports are published and made available on request.

• Donors may request updates on the impact of their contributions.
