1. Introduction

Welcome to Joyful Smiles. By accessing and using our website and making donations through the PhonePe payment gateway, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our donation services and ensure transparency in all transactions.

2. Eligibility

  • Donations can be made by individuals, organizations, or entities legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • Donors must provide accurate, complete, and current information while making contributions.

3. Donations

  • All donations made through our website via the PhonePe payment gateway are voluntary and non-refundable, unless required by applicable laws.

  • The donor understands that their contribution will be used solely to support the charitable objectives of Joyful Smiles.

  • Donation receipts will be issued for all contributions. Donors may claim tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (where applicable).

4. Payment Gateway

  • We have integrated PhonePe as our authorized payment gateway partner for online donations.

  • By using the PhonePe payment gateway, donors also agree to the terms and conditions of PhonePe (available on their official website).

  • We are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or payment failures beyond our control.

5. Privacy & Data Security

  • We respect donor privacy and safeguard personal information. Donor data will only be used for purposes such as issuing receipts, donor communication, and statutory compliance.

  • We do not store sensitive financial information like card details, UPI PINs, or passwords. All payment transactions are securely processed by PhonePe.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Donations once made cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Joyful Smiles shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website, donation services, or the PhonePe payment gateway.

  • All transactions are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Gujarat.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
